Alex Horne, Tim’s business partner from the Rickitt Grant days and a great friend, is now part of Rickitt Partnership, as a fellow director. Alex has nearly forty years experience working as an estate agent in Cheshire, North Wales, Wirral, Shropshire and Chester. He brings his professionalism and hard work to the business. Alex has a Bachelor of Education (Honours) and a Diploma in Surveying. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has over the years acted for a number of charities, trusts and for University of Chester, Chester Zoo and The Grosvenor Estate.  Alex is a past Chairman of the Chester Association of Property Professionals and is an active member of a number of local institutions.
