An amazing house in terms of its looks, but also its energy efficiency – EPC rated A – Broward is a modern high specification property in the heart of the very popular village of Tattenhall.    We decided to market the property at an “offers over” price partly due to the lack of anything comparable on the market. 

As expected, the house generated a lot of interest as soon as it came onto the market.  Two prospective buyers, both from London, were competing to purchase within 48 hours.  The vendors were not overly concerned with getting the highest price, it was more for them to hand the much loved home which was built for them onto someone who appreciated it as much as them.
