Rickitt Partnership is one of the very few estate agents in the Chester area, the whole of Cheshire and Wirral to offer full NAEA, ARLA and NAVA Propertymark protection.

Propertymark covers all aspects of property including residential sales, lettings, auctioneering, inventory, commercial property as well as specialist qualifications. The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) all fall under the umbrella brand of Propertymark. The aim of the organisation is to protect people who are buying, selling, renting or letting property. One of its roles is to work to raise professional standards within the industry by promoting education and qualifications.

From the public’s point of view, when you see a Propertymark logo displayed by an agent it means that they offer better protection for you as their client in terms of money protection, professional indemnity insurance and, should you ever need it, access to an independent redress scheme. You can also rest easy in the knowledge that Propertymark members need to adhere to stringent membership rules and are subject to disciplinary procedures should they fall short of the minimum standards.
