We are excited to have leapt into Autumn by making a big splash with some high-profile marketing. Our affiliate, The London Office, produce a glossy bi-annual magazine called Acquire. This quality publication boasts a robust distribution of 24,000 and offers access to an affluent audience both nationally and internationally. We have dominated the latest issue with exclusive front and back cover marketing.
As you all know, Ralph, our Head of Customer Relations, has a tendency to steal the show at any given opportunity! Check out the front cover of Acquire and you will see that he took to his latest role as a model “extraordinaire” like a duck to water!
It has only been out for just over a week but already the latest issue of Acquire has been an absolute hit. With local distribution to high end retailers and boutique bars, restaurants and hotels as well as to the Rickitt Partnership database, the response has been staggering. Following numerous requests for his “paw print” we may be hosting a “magazine signing” for Ralph at some stage in the near future!
The Inside front cover of the magazine showcases our office on Bridge Street in Chester city centre as well as a photograph of the human members of the hard-working Rickitt Partnership team. I have to say that we have not illicited quite the same reaction as Ralph has…
Though we say so ourselves we think the branding advertising on the inside back cover sends a very strong and powerful message. We firmly believe that when a property is first introduced to the market, that is the key time to make a good impression – with a realistic valuation, great photographs and marketing literature, and high-profile print and digital marketing. After all, there are no second chances to make a first impression. We believe that getting it right from the start is the secret to selling our clients’ homes.
In addition, we have also promoted a selection of our properties for sale, displayed over two pages of advertising within the magazine.
