Following on from our recent blog offering Top Tips for Switching Estate Agents, we thought you might like to hear more about Rickitt Partnership and what sets us apart from the crowd. At the heart of the business are our directors, Tim and Emma Rickitt. It is their vision that is the driving force behind Rickitt Partnership’s ethos and approach.

When Tim and Emma set up Rickitt Partnership in 2017, the premise was to offer the bespoke, personalised service that they would like to receive when dealing with an estate agency.  The core values they have imbued the business with include commitment, passion, professionalism and, above all, integrity.  For Tim and Emma it is really important that every single vendor and potential purchaser is treated as an individual.  To that end we don’t employ a formulaic blueprint for each sale – we take the time to find out more about you, your property and what you are looking to achieve.  This means that the way we approach every single house sale is completely bespoke.   

Being a boutique, family-run agency, you can rest safe in the knowledge that, when you entrust your house sale to Rickitt Partnership, it receives the personal attention of the entire team including the directors.  Tim has almost 30 years experience in estate agency, including a tenure as a director at Savills and as Managing Director of his former agency Rickitt Grant.  His industry and local market knowledge are second to none and I’m sure he won’t mind me saying that he is a perfectionist so every element of your sale, from photography and floorplans to managing viewings, negotiating the sale and pushing the sale through to completion and exchange, is executed with professionalism and attention to detail. Emma, as well as being a fully qualified estate agent, also has a legal background which places her in the unique position of being able to communicate effectively with solicitors.  Both Tim and Emma understand the nuances and potential frustrations of the conveyancing process and they are skilled at keeping the lines of communication open with solicitors, making the whole process so much smoother and stress-free for their clients.  Find out more about Emma’s background 

Small is beautiful – we benefit from being a tight-knit team as every member of the business has an in-depth knowledge of each client and their property.
